1. CUSTOM SOFTWARE..

Custom software (also known as Bespoke software) is a type of software that is developed either for a specific organization or function that differs from or is opposite of other already available software (also called off-the-shelf or COTSsoftware). It is generally not targeted to the mass market, but usually created for companies, business entities, and organizations. Custom software is also when companies or governments pay for customized software for budget or project managing.
Examples of bespoke software include ATMs and Supermarket checkout scanners. Other examples include many web sites and web-based applications.

2. PUBLIC DOMAIN SOFTWARE

Public domain software is software that is not copyrighted. If the source code is in the public domain, that is a special case of non-copylefted free software, which means that some copies or modified versions may not be free at all.
In some cases, an executable program can be in the public domain but the source code is not available. This is not free software, because free software requires accesibility of source code. Meanwhile, most free software is not in the public domain; it is copyrighted, and the copyright holders have legally given permission for everyone to use it in freedom, using a free software license.
Sometimes people use the term "public domain" in a loose fashion to mean "free" or "available gratis." However, "public domain" is a legal term and means, precisely, "not copyrighted". For clarity, the Free Software Foundation recommends using "public domain" for that meaning only, and using other terms to convey the other meanings.
Under the Berne Convention, which most countries have signed, anything written down is automatically copyrighted. This includes programs. Therefore, if you want a program you have written to be in the public domain, you must take some legal steps to disclaim the copyright on it; otherwise, the program is copyrighted.

3. SHAREWARE

Shareware is a marketing method for computer software in which the software can be obtained by a user, often by downloading from the Internet or on magazine cover-disks free of charge to try out a program before buying the full version of that program. If the "tryout" program is already the full version, it is available for a short amount of time, or it does not have updates, help, and other extras that buying the added programs has. Shareware has also been known as "try before you buy". A shareware program is accompanied by a request for payment, and the software's distribution license often requires such a payment.

Computer...

in my opinion,a computer is a modern device that can help peoples to do their work in a short time compare to handwriting..it is also make our life more easier..in the modern era,we also have the internet that can connect and give us a lot of information..so,the world is just in our hand..there is a lot of things that we can do eventhough we live quite far..for the example,if we're studying abroad and we miss our family so much,we juz need a computer with webcam and we can see their face..we will feel relieve,especially when we see our parents face..( i miss u mama n abah)..we can't connect the internet if we don't have the computer..so,both of them are quite important nowadays..eventhough,there are pros and cons about this modern device,but for me,it contain a lot of benefits than the harmful effects..f0r education also,the students nowadays really need a computer so that they can find the informatian and knowledge from the internet and do their work faster than writing..we can also entertain ourselves by watching the video,listening to music or playing the games..we can find the infomation,just in a short while..
